It's me, Orna.
Body Pump saved my life. Ten years ago I left Israel and came to the U.S. I decided to start exercising again. (Back in Israel I was a short distance running champion)
I walked to the YMCA in Palo Alto in search of classes. Suddenly, an amazing music reached my ears, punctuated by the instructor shouting "two and two, super slow!" I went to see, and no sooner then I laid my eyes on the class I fell in love. (My father is a body builder in Israel)
I started taking the classes, and six years ago I became a Body Pump instructor trained by Les Mills U.S.A. Over time I became the leader of Muscular Condition and Body Pump in the YMCA Palo Alto.
I can tell you from the bottom of my heart that Body Pump and PAFY saved my life.
Thank you Les Mills U.S.A. and New Zeeland for bringing your special program to people all over the globe.
