Hello! Just a bit of information about me - I am a single mother of five. I'm a BODYStep instructor and personal trainer. I will be returning to school in January 2010 to study nutrition. I am also a pastry chef running a very small business part-time out of my house. And if that isn't enough, I also compete in amateur bikini and figure competitions.
I got involved in BODYStep after visiting the website. I immediately fell in love with it. After going through training and actually having a chance to learn everything about it, I was hooked. What I love the most about BODYStep is the music. The music, I believe, motivates you throughout the entire workout giving you that extra "Umph!" when you think you can't go anymore.

Hey Gretchen,
How are you doing? I taped this week. Crashed and burned on Wednesday but I got through it today! I SOO hope it's worthy to send in. I haven't taken a look at it yet. I feel pretty good about it. My chorey got off slightly in a couple places but I got right back on. My GFM said they'll probably remark about my arm lines. I'm still working on getting them cleaner but I hope it doesn't stop me from passing. Keep me posted on how you're doing.

Take care,
Jackie

Hi Gretchen,
Glad to hear you have other instructors to practice with. I thought you were going to be the only lonely one for now. I did my last required team teaching today. It went better than last week. This coming week my Wednesday freestyle step class changes to BodyStep. My GFM is going to team teach with me til I'm ready to fly solo. I guess that better be soon!

How's your college freshman doing? Is she living on campus? So far, mine's doing well. no homesickness. My son loves his first year of marching band and the little one loves recess, specials(i.e., art) and doesn't want to do her homework.

When I go to State College again I have two goals. 1) go to your BS class and 2) go to the Creamery...YUM!!

Take Care
Jackie
