Qualified To Teach

Hello Fitness Enthusiast!

Thanks for taking a moment to know more about me. Here are six little un/know facts/habits about me:

1. My participation in sports & health fitness started in high school and continues today instructing Body Attack & recently PASSED Body Flow.

2. You may find me working out in the gym six times a week to keep in shape for Body Attack & Body Flow.

3. My favorite color happens to be orange, the official color of Body Attack in the United States and compliments green - the color of Body Flow.

4. I am originally from Portland, Oregon where there are not enough Les Mills classes.

5. I have two employers, Disney & Les Mills - both designed at creating magic!

6. My travel adventures span many continents & countries, and amazing places like Hong Kong where…you guessed it – I was able to experience Body Attack!

Jennifer	Taping... it went well enough that I plan on it going in the mail as soon as Mitch comes back from vacation. I want to get his stamp of approval before mailing it out. Not perfect, but frankly the "process" has been stressful enough for me to send it in. I am excited to get the feedback.
