Thanks for the friend invite! I actually have a major in Information Systems and Business as well (Indiana University). I worked as a programmer to get my husband thru chiropractic school- now we own clubs and I am able to do what I love (MOVE TO MUSIC) and run the gyms because of my business background. I love Dance and thanks to Les Mills get my "fix" now thru group fitness. Anyways- it looks like you know EVERYONE! Have you been at any of the filmings? Can I spot you in the audience anywhere?

How are you doing & what have you been up to lately?
Gained 6kg, how? must be just those kiwi fruits you had huh. I have no doubt with the amount of classes you do, those weight will melt away soon.
I hope, I get BC certified soon, gee real nervous.
I doing mixed BC now, but keep T1, 4, 6 & 7.

had Sue-ko's BP66/BC36 yesterday and BC36 again today. they were great especially Saturday's BC36 one was soooo POWER and HEAVENLY!! everyone in da house was unbelievably HIGH. Loved it.
the 2 weeks of new release launch ended today. will have mix & match fun classes from tomorrow & I am looking fwd to it very much.
