So, I changed my avatar...why??

Because I just learned the greatest old school track 9. AC/DC's Back in Black. Two things I love AC/Dc and pushups....ROCK ON!!!!!

So, I guess it's my quarterly time to update! Let's see...The ORIGINAL House Of Pain (no offense Dan) rocked super hard last night. The House Of Pain was showcased for the wonderful people at Lifestlyes. It only took 4 years, but they saw how we roll!

We had a great launch for 36...Thanks Tina for having me over.

I got to teach with Sugar Ray Shari...can I say WOW! You have really come a super long way..I am really proud of you girl! From Member to Sen Sei and the journey has just begun.

I hear no breaks for 37..breaks..we don't need no stinkin' breaks..gotta love it!!

Here it goes:

1. I love spicy food. It is my opinion that Tabasco should replace ketchup. When I order chicken wings (yes, chicken wings); I usually order the nuclear, with a side of nuclear (because the cooking process takes off the heat).

2. I am a huge music trivia buff. The more recent music, not so much. But, if you play me in music trivia from the 60's through the 90's...you will be schooled :-).

3. When I was 11, my mom beat me senseless. Why??? Because I jumped into a bullring and had a charging bull chase me (on a dare).

4.When I'm not teaching, working out or working on my house I'm usually playing video games. I LOVE LOVE LOVE VIDEO GAMES! Mostly sports or action games. Right now, I'm addicted to Guitar Hero III (oh, it is soooo cool).

5. In another lifetime (trust me it was another lifetime) I was a roadie for some local bands. I set up the lights, tore down after the show...those were some wild times. One of my colleagues offered me a gig to go on the road; but fate would have me say no.

6. Since fate would have me say no, I ended meeting and marrying my best friend. My wife Mollie, we have been married for 13 years, We have two of the best kids.

It's only supposed to six, but I will throw in that I am blessed to have so many wonderful people in my life. You guys know who you are...thanks!!!

Audrey	I have been meaning to email you and tell you what an awesome time I had. You had them going for sure! I even felt like I wasn't punching and kicking out of control...lol. That lady behind me was so, um, passionate. LOL! Happy Thanksgiving Rick! I'll try and get back to a class soon with you! Are you teaching in the Amazing Workout tomorrow? If so, where? :)

Alia	i do love your avatar! ac/dc will always be one of those great bands that will seem to last with the ages. Dirty deeds is one of my fav ac/dc songs! they need to add that one to BC, but too slow! keep on rocking my fellow metal head! \m/

Ben	Waz up my brother. That's crazy man. Time really does fly bro. Things are good man, Combat is rockin, I just went through Pump and hope to start training Pump soon. I'm going to start teaching Jam again and my little man is getting big bro. Thanks for keeping in touch Rick, you have always been a good guy.

Year of the Dragon remake

Sam 'The Man' Jackson is set to star in a remake of the 1985 action-classic "The Last Dragon".

Jackson will play Sho'nuff, the Shogun of Harlem, a role played in the original by the late Julius Carry, whose spiel included asking ego-driven questions like "Am I the baddest mofo lowdown around this town?" Each time his gang of thugs answered, "Sho 'nuff!"

The updated plot will be along the same lines of the original, centering on young martial arts student Leroy Green in his quest through the streets of New York to achieve the highest level of martial arts accomplishment, known as the Last Dragon. Those who achieve the high ranking possess the Glow, making them the greatest fighter alive.

"I'm a huge fan of the original and look forward to bringing Sho'Nuff into the 21st century," Jackson said.
