Hey Janet!
Great to hear from you! I love teaching BV 8 as well....once I got that crazy tube work perfected in our leg strength track!!! ;) Very excited to start learning BV 9 as I know it will be great - they only seem to be getting better! Not sure if I'm going to be at the Q in Charlotte or not. Didn't know it was up on the calendar yet but it all really depends on if I'm free to make the drive. If I'm not working that weekend -- you know I'll be there!
Looking forward to seeing your smiling face again soon!

My picture was actually taken on the deck of a condo that we sometimes rent at Carolina Beach. It is a great place to chill out for a week.
