Hi everyone! My name is Roxana and I'm originally from Montevideo, Uruguay but I live in Austin Texas :] I am spanking new to the Les Mills Family. In March of 2007 I attended BodyCombat training and then in November of 2007 I got my BodyAttack certification. It has been a life changing experience for me, not just physically but mentally as well. I have always loved group fitness, actually anything that has to do with exercise, I'm sort of a gym rat :P I love to share with others my passion for exercise and all the great benefits that comes with it. I love to be around people and meeting new......so if ever visiting Texas just give me a shout!

JULY UPDATE:

Launch Week:

Austin was transformed this weekend!!! We launched new releases for BC, BP, BA and BF. So far...as of tonight...Tuesday July 22, 2008, it has been 8 great team launches, 4 different gyms and over 200 participants. Members are loving all the releases!! They continue to save Will Smith and "Dance the night away" and they sure know "where" they are in 2008 ;) The energy packed in each room has been incredible. Still have 4 more days left, 4 more team launches...can it get any better than this!

It's been a year since I've become a Les Mills instructor. What a journey this has been. If you would have asked me a year ago that this is where I would be now...I would had laughed! I've met so many new people and made so many friends :] What an amazing tribe to belong to!

I have so many to thank...first of all...all our gym members...thank you for being there week in and week out...you make this so easy to do when you all stand there smiling and waiting for be to shout...Let's Roll! My GM's Shawna B and Christy E....thank you for being amazing at what you do...our gym Director Tricia...thank you for believing in me and pushing me into what has become my obsession! Last but not least...Joella, you know how I feel about all this...thank you for the change you've made in me!

Jenell	My Attack class isn't at Lakeline...it's at Burnet at noon.:-) So, I'll do Pump at Lakeline, then shoot that short way down 183 for Attack....it'll be great!

Jenell	I've got my first Pump class!!:-) Starting Mon Sept 8th, I'll be teaching BP at 8:45 AM at Lakeline!! I'm so excited!! I'll be doing double duty Pump, then Attack every Monday, but tough is just how we Attack instructors like it, isn't it?;-P
