erm ... yeah pls don't share the nose spray ... most disturbing thought !!! it's oxymetazoline 0.05%, or xylometazoline also same same .... ay puppy don't use for > 5days to a week k .... wait got rebound effect, won't work anymore .... and get worse. :PPP i made sure i drank lots of water yesterday .... scared toad comes to me la ...

Eh partner in crime, IBS and now flu!!!
Pai sei huh, i did not really to share my bugs, but cannot control where they fly la...block nose also right, yesterday I went to pharmacy and bought this bottle thingy, you squirt the liquid into the nose and then like magic! ta da!!! I can breathe again within 2 seconds, no joke, it works by constricting the blood vessels in the nose, sarah will know more...but cannot share lah, cause the nossel have to put into the nostrils...unhygenic lah
