FYI, I know you're into the Jam scene, there's going to be a Jam training in Chandler Jan 30th-Feb 1st. They're changing the format to make the certification easier, even. I'm trying to convince Kate to attend too, so please bug her for me ;)
And of course, I have a place where you can crash and I'll even stay up late and practice tracks with you. Ooooo, tempting!

Hi Shannon! It's no problem! Attack and Jam are great programs! You'd love teaching them. I enjoy Pump, it's definitely a great way to help keep my attack arm lines in good condition! Pump it up!

Thanks for the friend invite! I haven't been on this site in a while...I enjoy catching up with everyone!
I really enjoy your Pump classes...I will try to come on Fridays, but it is really hard to get there from work on time, especially if I have to go pick up my boys first.
I saw your pics...I love your dog. Is it a pug? My fav! And I saw you were at the Insight bowl last year for New Years...so was I! Did you stay for the Bare Naked Ladies concert? It was SO cold that night.
