Hey Shannon... I was out of the country for the last 5 weeks on a family emergency, so they gave me an extension for the video. I had been teaching on my own 2 time slots/week for a month before I left the country. I even team taught the launch of 71 right before I left :D
I arrived back home today and I'll be starting this Saturday. I recorded a video about 6 weeks ago, but came up with over 20 technique and cuing flaws when I watched it... So I didn't send it in. I'll be recording in 2 weeks from now. Wanna give myself time to get back into it though.
How did your new recording go? A friend of mine waited 12 weeks to hear back on her video!!

It's funny you say that but the week I actually tried to tape the mic wasn't working so I haven't had any luck either. I am trying again this Wed too! I'll be thinking of ya and wishing ya good luck... it gets easier each time so you will be gr8 this week hopefully the camera will be nice to you too!! :)

Hey Shannon.....yes we sure did have a fun bunch at training! I totally thought I was gonna tip over by Sunday especially on that darn LUNGE track! lol... I have to do my video within the month because just like you said, I will put it off if I don't do it! I am team teaching Sat. and Sun. I am pretty excited about that....Abbey and I live pretty close to each other so we are going to practice next week! Keep me posted on your journey!!

It was really nice meeting you at the Bodypump training "boot camp"! It was very challenging and I totally loved it. I can even see the change in my body physically! I'm still thinking of how I passed on finishing that pizza that you didn't finish at lunch... I must have been out of my mind, lol.
