The combat is totally awesome and hard.
The songs are great and the esciva is also totally cool.
Only the last lesson, that was on Thursday, did not going well.
After we finished track 6, the recovery track with the esciva, we went straight into track 7, and when we started with the 16 knees, I get spasm in my right hammie.:(
But I'm ok now.
You are a BJ girl, what do you think about the new BJ?:)

good to hear that you have completeed BJ & BP training. YEAH GREAT! YEs, I went to to Male ON THE 11oCT,, WANTED to go to the gym there and do BP classes, but didnt know which one to go...and definetely would love to try BJ class as well...seems fun!!! ;)
I m great working in W RETREAT & SPA in Fesdu...all good! been the best time of my life! loving the island life ;P

How do you find the new BP?
I find it awesome, the squats, chest, biceps, lunges and the shoulders are a little bit harder, but who cares, how harder how better:)
The back is not so hard.
