BodyJam BodyCombat and BodyPump rockstar. I do choreography in the car - yes, even Jam. I live for "fitness magic" opportunities. I used to be extremely shy. I've spent more money on clothes for Jam than I've made teaching it. I'm a sucker for a good inspirational quote. Les Mills programs have changed my life. I love the friends I've made - Ray, Jav, Horst, Mia, Becca, Natasha, Kerrie, Kendra, Brooke, DO, Amy - I have a Pump tattoo on my lower back (hope that isn't a copyright infringement). I talk about Susan, Glen, Gandalf, Dan and Rach like they're old friends. I sometimes accidentally speak with a terrible fake accent. I will never forget the moment I was laying down during a cooldown and I just couldn't believe how lucky I was to be there at that moment doing what I was doing.

Laughed when I read your update about remember the 4 extra hooks, you know you spend too much time memorizing chory and teaching when you know exactly what release, what track and where that reference is from
