Love the Pics, I am guessing you had my old GFM Lisa and my friend Maria for your Trainer's. I moved from Springfield last Oct to VA. I miss my old GYM great team there. Not a bad one here its just no place like home.

Hey Hey Tara,
How's it going? Have you been taping PUMP? I've taped twice and hoping to get decent one on Friday to send in. I keep wanting to go super slow on the first part of Squats! I need to write squats 2/2 on my hand or something. Crazy!
Have you talked you club into Flow yet? It would be a great addition:O)
