10/28 - Whew, the CRAZIEST trip back from Colorado. CO to Pheonix to Philly to Harrisburgh. 2 days later and I'm still recovering. The good news is that I had an amazing training experience with a truly passionate group of instructors in Clifton, CO. I gotta send a huge PUMP hug and high 5s to all 15 in the training for putting their hearts, minds, and souls into all 3 days. A big BIG thanks to Linda and Trae for looking over me while I was there...much much appreciated!!! Gonna enjoy a great Halloween weekend off and enjoy Cora dressed up as a Ladybug this weekend.

10/12 - Just back from a great COMBAT training right here in Landsdale, PA. This was a very special training for me. My wife and daughter came by to visit on Saturday...awesome! I had a chance to co-train with my Les Mills Hero, Heidi Tshudy...totally awesome!! I had an amazing training group who were totally determined and hard working...AWESOME! I'm so proud of all 10 of you who showed what training like a champion is all about. Launching new releases at Universal this weekend and I'm in full support of Breast Cancer awareness...so I WILL be wearing pink while teaching COMBAT this Saturday...I know, I know!

Hi Sheldon... Hope All is fine with you!
I recorded my assessment video (70) and I had 2 slips on timing that are about 2 musical counts each. I also mistakenly faced away from the camera (still following the class through a mirror wall) on the overhead extension part of triceps track :-S
Otherwise, everything else was awesome. Do you think it would fly? Should I mention these errors on my cover when submitting?

Teresa	No sweat! This will be my third so if you need any advice, let me know ;-D The most important thing to remember is if you hear anyone yell "O-H", just holler back "I-O" and you'll fit right in! Glad to hear from you!

Trisha	Hi Sheldon, I think I took a master class from you before you did a Pump training here in Apex early this year, wasn't that you? for Pump? I saw another Pump training for next weekend (different club in this area) and was hoping it was you, but I guess not. You do an awesome job. Who else trains with LM SE?

Adrienne	Sheldon!! You need to come to Virginia to do the Combat training on the 13th! I decided to sign up for the training session, but I can't get to PA! It would have been fantastic to have you for pump and combat training! I hope all is well!
