Looks like you're in the Fishkill area. The good, you're near (very near) a plaza with a bunch of good places to eat and a big a$$ WalMart. The bad, you're right off of Rt 9 (4 lanes) which is the main drag here. Tough to run right from your hotel on "safe" roads. I imagine we'll spend most of the summit, if not all of it, at the Gold's in La Grange. If so, I'd suggest running from there. I have plenty of routes on nice back roads near the club. You'll just have to coordinate a little. PM me your email addr and I will start drafting some cue sheets for ya...

Hey Terry! How's the training going? The month of August is a base building month for me. As long as I go long, I don't care how fast I am going. No worries, I'll hang with ya and help pass the time! I am ramping up for a duathlon in October (5mi run, 84mi bike, 15mi run). What distances you looking to run while in NY? Can I assume you'd be starting from the club or your hotel? Let me know. Have a great weekend!!!

HOHO...great to hear from you. Hoping to tape really soon. I have handled some classes on my own but have been traveling a lot and haven't had time to tape. You will rock it, or may have already by the time you get this. Are you going to Chicago in Oct? I am already getting psyched for this trip. Definitely staying over for the wknd. Hope we all can! Good luck and talk to you soon. We are all begging for flow!! Going thru a big schedule shake up and GFM overwhelmed with her personal jam video, etc. Catina on my friends list...you could send her a msg and tell her I asked. Let's make it happen....Lisa on my friends also wants it desperately.....no time like the present.

Hey Terry! Getting ready for a marathon I see. Very nice. I have a couple routes from the club close to the distances you're looking for. We'll take more as we get closer. Where are you staying? I'll definitely run with ya. If I can't, I'll whip up some cue sheets for ya. How does that sound?

The warm-up is tricky this round. I am sure it was FINE. Remember you don't have to be PERFECT! Of course I am preaching to the choir on that one!
