Hiya!
Im Charlotte ooorrrr Charlamaine to some. I work out and instruct at the Westside Athletic Club in Olympia, WA and am completely driven and addicted to BodyCombat. I began just over 3 years ago after i had healed from a domestic abuse incident in an ex-relationship.. i immeadiatly fit into class and began coming more and more as it was a release on my aggression and pain from my past. Combat has been very healing for me. I became a certified combat instructor in Feb 08 . I am completely obsessed with combat AND my lil family at my gym. If it wasn't for them.. id be a chunky couch potato and would have never discovered my drive for this program!!

Anjali (Combat VIxen)	Charlotte What an uplifting story to see how the power of combat helped you out of a horrible situation if you can get your hands on releases prior to your cert, look up Track 5 Release 25 Power of Love That's the release I trained on and I still teacht that track, only I sing "Power of Combat" while teaching it Have a great week and KIRASWTF Anjali

Hi Charlotte

I am starting to thinking, special of all who is in the midle-class or working class in USA, who mutch is you and your friend infected by the echonnomich brake down in USA:-S? It look so sceary in the news when I hear peaple is forced to move away from there homes and the rent is running sky-hight exc. In Norway we only feel it in the rent and the stock market is going down... But after what I hears, there is no one who is forced to sell there homes. But the dissester is comming. I can bet about that.
