Thanks for looking at my profile, and allways feal free to leave back a messige, feadback or something. I will allways ansear it:-). I am only happy to:-)

At the end of October, I am traveling to Amsterdam:-D! If there is anything happenning, and places where I can see the lookal culture of Amsterdam. Not only the typical turist-placesess. And if there is some great gyms who offer BodyCombat, BodyAttack or BodyJam, Please tell me:-).

The newest from this part, I have start to training Kyokushin Kai Karate:-D!!! That is fantastic training. Hightly reccomended!!! As you maybe can see the Karate-training have being a part of me new program. The running-part, the strength-training will be a little bit edited, but BodyAttack and BodyPump will continiue as normal. I will miss BodyCombat. But do what I can for change the time when the class is running... Any who whont to help:-)?

Many thanks for your messages. It's always lovely to hear from you! I released Jam46 this week and it went down a storm in all 6 of my Jam classes (even my newest Jam class enjoyed it). I absolutely love it! Perfecting the technique of some of the moves is an ongoing process but I love Jam so much that practising every day is no hardship for me. I love it!

You are right, Jam46 is not like Jam45, but that's the beauty of Jam! The choreography and the feel is always different with each release. That's what keeps Jam fresh and exciting for me and my Jammers!!

Have a fabulous time in Amsterdam at the end of this month!

Charlotte	yes the ecomony is pretty bad, that's true. Im not suffering too bad yet but I think its only going to get worse. Hopefully our next president will do something about it! BC37 launch tomorrow morning at my gym, im excited! Have an amazing weekend!

Sorry I've been so bad at replying to messages lately! I'm very busy at work and have not had much time of late.

It's ok for us (me and my husband) here money wise but yeah there's a lot going on. We don't own a house so it's not really a huge deal. But there are a lot of foreclosures and stuff.

To be honest, I tend to like living in my little hole in the ground and not knowing much - it's not happy news! HAHA

In happier news, we launch Combat tomorrow!! YEAH!

Rose	Hey Trond, that's okay. I know the BJ's not in an ideal timeslot on Sat. How about Monday ;) Will probably see you in Lisardo's class anyway then. About the other post: I think Capoeira is very cool! But I also think you need extensive training to make it look anything remotely good and unfortunately I can't fit it into my schedule... lisardo	Hi! i like to think that i give a good BC class.. :P I'm the hardcore type, lots of yelling in my class! Must be the martial arts background... So you'll be in Amsterdam soon hey? See you around the gym then, my class is on thursday (20.30) and i'm almost always there on monday for the 18.30 BC and the 20.30 BJ (given by Rose). cheers!!
