HI Ursula great to hear from you,i am from Glasgow,and I agree Sean Connery has a great vice,he is my fav 007!!!!
It is getting cold here and thats all the leaves falling,great time for warm clothes and going for nice long walks.
I am loving BC37,we launch this weekend so it will be great to see the guys reaction to T4&T6
How many classes do you have a week?

the weather is shit @ the moment. No sun and raining all the day. Try to finish my golf course, but that is no fun.
Yeah, olympics are cool, but the german team isn´t in shape. Think they have to start with LesMills Classes to get better :-)
Wanna see judo, but our german hero Yvonne Bönnsich failed.
Nice to see the us swimmers.

Thank You!! Yeah it was a good one. Are you teaching Monday? Manirva txt me asking if I could sub for her on the 28th. I'll have to call or txt her and ask. Not a big deal. Nice to hear from you. Gorgeous kids you have, they are lucky tu have a great mum and a warrior.
Here in Spain - Alicante is really hot, I also prefer cold days. About BC36, my favorites tracks are number 3 and number 2, allthough number 4 is also good.
