Wow Annette,
I know what it means to not be able to teach your favorite programs for a while. I had to have arthoscopic hip surgery last year and could not teach for months and was in a wheel chair too for the 1st month. Yes sometimes our doctors do know what is best for us. Hang in there and stay positive.

I have been attending a bannatynes gym for nearly two years, found combat a month after I started:)
Yeah combat is my passion, I do pump too which I enjoy, but combat is my favourite by far:)
Made some wicked friends on the way too:)
