Hang tight ...we are possibly adding a BF training very soon in your area at the Golds gym.
AS soon as it gets booked ill let you know
you might want to have her take the BF education on Friday or at the Q if she can go

It wasn't my most perfect class, but it was good enough for assessment! I'm shipping it and getting rid of another little bit of stress! Talk about "test anxiety"! Sheesh... Good luck with yours!

I'm doing my 7th taping tonight. And I'm definitely feeling it! Let's hope for lucky number 7!
We're really cutting it close! We've only got about another week and a half to get the tape in!

Trust me when I say that when it comes to taping, anything that can go wrong, WILL go wrong! I just finished up my 6th tape last week and I'm not thrilled about it. I may do a 7th!
Zumba? What about BodyJam?
Any word on Quarterly?
