Hello all. I've been teaching combat since release 28 at Gold's in the Hudson Valley and loving every minute of it. I've been a martial arts fan since I first saw Bruce Lee WAA-TAAA as a kid and now, I unleash my inner Bruce every time I step on the stage. Off stage I'm a children's book author, poet, photographer and father of 3 little fighters. I love meeting people during my travels so don't be surprised if I post you a message to team up.

Great news! My book TWELVE ROUNDS TO GLORY, just won the Coretta Scott King Honor in children's books, exposing my book to more people. It's a major award in the children's book world and I'm extremely excited and proud. Check it out on my website

Chris	ugh!!! Sorry bro, just got your message, a little late as you can tell. Whats going on with you? Unfort, we are not going to be able to get up to the Q in June. Sara	Ok sounds good can you wear warps too paleeeassse. Red or yellow is cool or black doesnt matter to me I like my yellow ones best cuz they are 180inches =)
