Me and My Wife Diana workout at Bender's gym in Decatur,Alabama. We've been working out on a regular basis since '05 and love it. We usually do Body Pump, and Step at least twice a week.

There will be Super Quarterly in the Midwest Region (Illnois) in Qctober. Alot of the Big Les Mills Icons will be conducting the training. They will have Les Mills clothing on sale as well. Amanda is also trying to find out if she can get Tom's approval to attend this event. Let me know if this is something you and Dianne will be interested in participating. I think we can get a large room or suite or something? Take Care

Hey Laura, First I think it's awesome that you are trying to get your Dad involved. That is a really big thing for Diana and I. When you get your family engaged in your fitness goals it not only helps you, but I've found it usually helps them as well. In my case, it helped to have my friends and family aware of what our goals were. That way if we were invited over for dinner it was usually something on the healthier side which in turn helps them. Then my Dad actually started the Challenge which helped him achieve his goal of cutting his diabetic meds by 75% and losing 30 lbs! As far as the challenge goes we ate really tasty, healthy, and nutritious foods. We still ate out 3-4 times a week, but still taking into account calories and fat. We added a couple of extra "meals" with protein bars & shakes. Our workouts consisted of Body Pump and Step 2-3 times a week along with free weights and cardio equipment. We also tried to get outdoors as much as possible to run the trails or bike. See if you can get your Dad to the launch next week.

hey hey..so I showed my dad ur picture trying to get him to come to the classes showing him what the classes can do by showing him the challenge before and after picture and does not believe that u changed that much haha, so my question is what all did you do exactly
