Hi Wendy!

Yes, I do teach with Darlene! Boy is she a spitfire... She teaches BODYSTEP on Thursday mornings at 6 am. She has two children and a figure to die for! She does have a profile, but I am not sure how often she checks it. I teach PUMP, COMBAT, STEP, and just launched ATTACK. I last saw her at the staff class for ATTACK about a week ago. Is there anything you want me to pass along to her? I would be more than happy to! Take care!

Good to hear from you, too! I'm teaching Pump at Synergy Health & Fitness in Exeter. Right now, I have a regular class on Friday with a weekend rotation and subbing thrown in for good measure.

We're launching BP66 this coming weekend, and then we have the Body Flow Initial Training in a couple of weeks. Full month, but it's going to be great!

If you're ever up for taking a class out this way, let me know!
