Hi Youness. How are you doing?
What is your thoughts about to cross-train a stright formal stile as Kyokushin Karate, with a loose stile as BodyCombat? (I have start up again after 11 years off) I can see many good sides with it. but also a bit bad sides. The first is the technical part. But the pluss is the cardio-, and speed-part. In Karate, this is a big problam. The clean Karate-members, are very power-full, and speedy over short time. But to learn them to loose a bit up, special on the jabs, and include the hips and feets is, after my upiniun a pluss. What is your thoughts about this, as an matrial artist? Now I am cross-training with BodyAttack, becous of train my speed and stringt in the feets?
