Same thing ells who is cool, is the kick called "ushiro mawashi geri" who fit good to in the named combo. That is the one who is coolest to. Do know the kick going under the 540? I have start treaning it in the karete klubb. In the kumite-training, I am yousing the roudehouse-kick as set-up, but when I step down, and the appounent, start the counter, he is yousual very open in stomminc or the front, so I figiure out that a spinning-back-kick fit very good there. This attack give extra points in a kyokusjin-kumite, beckous it is so risky, and little yoused:-)... But back to the 540, what happend, is that it start with a ordinary roude-house-kick, but before you set down you are going for follow up by spinn-kick in the ear, and you attack with the heal, who going the same way as the roude-house kick:-)... wery cool:-)

Yes, You are very right:-). If you training karate, you get BodyCombat, BodyBalance and BodyPump in one class. The karate-stile (kyokushin-kai) I am training, is very Kumite-, stringt- and disiplin focused. You learn very mutch, all about your self, and how you should in excemple in self-diffence, the "fighting" training is easy to do more realistic. I think it is great to cross-training Karate with BodyAttack, bacous it make it easyer to bould up the cardio-level. The feets get easyer to work with when we are speaking about kicking from deap stances, who make the muscless very heavy. And it help training the dynamic flexibillity.
