Qualified To Teach

HI ALL,

I love to exercise, teach group fitness classes for fun & motivate others to do the same!

I have made a 180 degree change from my younger days of being much heavier & a quiet person. LM came into my life around yr 2000. I was a participant & living in MA. After being in NYC on Sept 11, 2001, I moved to NJ. Today, I am certified to teach Combat, Pump & Attack. I love teaching Spinning also. The presence of LM in my my life has been increasing ever since & improving my life & making me a better person all around. I have also met many FABULOUS people all over the globe because of LM. Thank you LM for changing my life in so many ways!!!

Seeking full time work. Teaching classes when & where I can.
