Hi Dan!
just had an amazing megaquarterly with Glen and G here in the Netherlands!!
I did BC 38 too! I love the music and the combos are really good, easy to follow! the esquiva...auch! I did 2hours RPM and BA before the combat and then and BP and Jam after!
I was 1 one the 3 non combat instructors in the room!! we were allowed to do the easy options with the press ups.. isn't that nice?! haha.. the rest of my team had no arms left for BP!!

That is a tough workout!!!,did 2 rounds Tuesday morning and i was wacked ;-(.As Tuesdays one of my rest days i may do 1 round before i teach BC in the week,I teach 3 bc classes a week.As the bag is in the studio and classes are running, I'll replace the bagwork with a 20 min run....not the same BUT it's something hey.
Been reading a book called'Complete Conditioning for Martial Arts' by Sean Cochran,it's a very good book and has useful info for me.I'll keep it up and see how i get on.

Hey Vaux,
That's a tough workout mate, I did 1 round of it before my classes early this morning- gonna ache tommorow. Found out my weaknesses,Found Tuck Jumps a challenge and russian twist
( think - I need to work on my core more ).If I sort out my core think it will also help my dumbell swings technique if I do 3 rounds.Showed the workout to a personal trainer at my club,who is gonna join me early on Tuesday morning,before I start work to do 3 rounds of it. How many times do you do this a week Vaux ? Now I've got more time, gonna start my running again and flexibility work.
Keep it coming bro,been waiting for something like this....You know, I'll listen and follow the master.
Will let you know how I got on Tuesday.
As you didn't get to see my tatoo extension,will send you picture when I can.
