Wow a safety!!! That's the toughest position on defense hands down!
I can't believe you all get College games over there (ignorant American) Auburn stinks this year. My husband is a professor here so we kinda have to root for them, they pay our bills. My neighbors are Alabama fans and they've been talking alot of trash lately. The good news is that we are orginally from Virginia Tech so we are big Hokie fans and after this weekend it looks like we may go to a BCS game this year. We'll see.
It was so great of you to write me back.
Hope I'll see you in another release soon!
Warm regards...Stacey

I just got certified to teach BODY PUMP and the 66 release was my training release. Your presentation of the Back Track was fantastic. I just had to write and tell you that of all the instructors I watched (and they were all very good, of course) I found that watching your presentation really helped me understand what it means to “sit in the essence” of the workout as instructor. I have moved on to the new release in class but I still use that back track as my model for timing my cueing, building energy in my scripts, and using motivating tone and words to push people beyond their limits. Thank you , Thank you, Thank you !!!
BTW, until I viewed your profile, and being an ignorant American , I had no idea there was American football in Sweden. How long have you played and what position? Out of curiosity, do you have a professional football team you follow here in the States? Although I like the NFL, I live in a college town so we follow College football more than the pros. I saw some video of your team. You all look like some MEAN MACHINES!!! Yikes!
