Hey wasuuuuup peeps!

Been head down butt up working hard. Great reading all these posts on 43 and how well it's going down. Real pleased to hear it all.

Ya know everytime we step up and teach class , each and every one of us instructors, is making a small moment in history.

My kickboxing coach told me the day of the fight that it would all soon be over and be a memory, so best make it a memorable one.

He was right, you take the tools you aquire from training and step up. It's what you do with them that's history in the making.

You can teach class or you can go make a memorable moment.

Every second that goes past is history, but what will be the moments that you map your life by?

For me , Reading/Hearing/Seeing how you all throw yourselves into your work and make the best of yourselves so your classes can make the best of themselves is memorable.

Hey Rach,
Thanks for the add. YOU are an inspiration to me. Thank you for all that you do to make the les mills programs as amazing as they are (you too Dan ;). Fitness is a life style I believe and you bring fitness to a different level. A level that effects the total body, mind body and soul! Pump is my next program of certification and I am so excited I can't even stand it. My training is in mid april and I am already gearing up to face the challenge.

Hey rach i'v been reading about whats going on over in australia about the PPCA public performancing licencing in fitness clubs. Been hearing a rumour that LM plan to get round by no longer using original artist music. This is quite worrying as the music is integral to having a great class. Are the rumours true?

Hope everything is good in NZ.

I hear Steve is due to appear on next DVD! Awesone news going to be great! :)

Hi Rach, Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the Combat Intensives in Canberra last week. You and Dan always make your education sessions so interesting and fun! It was also great having the team coming round correcting technique etc ( kept us all on our toes !) As an Instructor I am constantly looking for ways to keep myself fresh and enthusiastic and the Intensive has done just that. I couldn't wait to get back home and get stuck in to learning the chory !! What an awesome release ! Great moves, fantastic music, Bring it on !!! thanks again ! Shimi	Rach, you are one of my fave Bodyjam presenters and 52 is no exception. And I have the same question as many: how did you get your hairrr to look/stay so fab through the whole launch? You are my hero ;)

Tricia	BodyJam 52 is awesome - maybe the best yet! How the hell do you get your hair to stay in place the whole video - it never looks messy or sweaty. ???
