Pass the tape measure around your body under your arms. Take the tape measure straight across the nipples completing a circle around your body and the widest part of your chest.

Measure your chest whilst wearing a normal light supporting bra. If you are wearing a padded bra, deduct ½” – 1” from the final measurement.

All garments run true to size except where the descriptions indicate a generous/oversized style. In these cases, you may wish to order a smaller size. You may also wish to order a smaller size if you prefer a more form-fitting garment.
