WOW!!!!!!
I got to team teach with Danya Nunley today in my BodyPump class. That has been the highest point of my Les Mills career so far!!!!!!!!!!!! Can you believe that I team taught a class with a US Trainer =-)
Thanks Danya for the opportunity to teach a class with you.... You ROCK!!!!! What a hard routine you put us through!!!!!!!!!!! I'm the luckiest person in the world.

So much has happened at our gym! We have a new owner and a new management team! I'm excited to see all of the changes that are coming our way!

July 2008
I was offered the GM position at our gym. There is so much to do. I hope I can make a difference at our gym. I have such a great team to work with, there's just no reason why I can't do it, and make our gym BEST place to work out at!

I just got back from the Super Qtrly it was the best experience in my entire life!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got to go a few days earlier and go to NYC that was also a experience of a lifetime =-)

Leticia	so nervous about the results! BodyJam 45 is HOT!!! WOW!! Our coordinator has given us a launch date of Aug 11. The furthest one out but it gives us time to work on our technique. 45 has to be the hottest jam to date!

Leticia	Sup Yes I have done my video and submitted it already. Waiting on a reply. I so hope that I passed. I have heard that it is incredibly difficult to pass this program. I am not going to the super Q in NY but I am thinking about going to the Super Q in FL did you know Gandolf was going to be there. YEP BodyJam program director G himself. Seriously considering taking that road trip.

Thanks so much for the note! So glad that Danya was out at your club recently! She is so awesome and she and I had a super time training a great group of ladies in Culpeper VA shortly before she visited with you!

How to manage all your programs - lots of practice as soon as you get your releases! I listen to my music all the time - everywhere! It seems to get easier with each year that passes learning new release - but not always! There is always something new and exciting added to all the programs - gotta keep us wanting more!

Hope you make it up to the Q in Fredericksburg VA this weekend - come up and say hello!
