What do I need to bring?
Make sure you have a good pair of shoes for foot stability. Dress in comfortable clothes and bring a towel and water bottle.
How fit do I need to be?
BODYATTACK™ is for everyone with moderate fitness levels. The moves are simple and don’t demand flawless coordination.
How often should I take a class?
It’s best to have a rest day between classes. For best results try to attend three BODYATTACK™ classes a week.
