Another New Role:

I'm now the GFM at two locations in the Knoxville area, one in Sevierville and the one I mentioned below. If you are interested in teaching in Sevierville please let me know!! More info to come.

Finished ATTACK training with Mrs. Shaunna May! It rocked! I had such a good time and did things I didn't even know my body could do. Can't wait to launch it with an incredible group of instructors!

NEW ROLE:

I'm now the GFM at my gym, National Fitness Center, Tazewell Pike. We have several locations. I am so excited to have the opportunity to lead these group of instructors and help build our wonderful program. If you have launch suggestions or any other fun or creative idea- send it my way!

I gave my sis (www.myspace.com/tennion) some key words and we spit out a rap. It's so fun and out of my comfort zone but I loved it.

I've just completed BODY JAM and I believe I have probably completed my Les Mills certifications! What a blast (okay and a lot of hard work!!) it's been! I LOVE BODY STEP. It is becoming my favorite program though I am a "natural" jammer. I love to dance! I am so glad to have taken BODY PUMP first as I feel like I have the foundation to build on with the other programs. I look forward to getting stronger.

My main "job" is that of a mother to a little sweet baby boy. I will post pictures soon.

I look forward to staying connected to the Les Mills family.
