Include a recommendation from your club owner or group exercise director

A completed assessment form and video of a class you have reviewed
Application criteria. You must be:

Based in the USA
-
Affiliated with a licensed Les Mills Club
-
A Certified Les Mills (or BTS) Instructor in two or more programs
-
A teacher for 12+ months of the programs you are applying for
-
Certified with ACE and AFAA or hold a university degree in a related field

An excellent communicator with functional computer skills (MS Office)
