More and more centers are only hiring Certified Instructors because these instructors have been assessed at a higher level than Instructors that have only completed their initial training.
As a Certified Instructor, you have proven yourself to be proficient & competent with a willingness to elevate your professionalism and expertise. If you have not yet taken steps to complete your certification, pull out the video camera and become a star!
