Les Mills West Coast is the regional distributor for Les Mills in the Pacific and mountain states of the US – Alaska, Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington – and in Hawaii.
Based in San Francisco, Les Mills West Coast is responsible for all LES MILLS™ operations in its territory, from sales and marketing through to customer support and training and ongoing education for all LES MILLS™ instructors.
We are one of many LES MILLS™ distribution agencies throughout the world and one of six in the USA, alongside Les Mills Mid Atlantic, Les Mills Northeast, Les Mills Southeast, Les Mills Midwest and Les Mills South Central.
The LES MILLS™ system and programs have been offered in the USA since 1997 and were originally supported by a single distribution agency. Distribution was regionalized in 2005 to achieve more responsive customer service for clubs and instructors.

Simon Rickman
CEO
Simon leads a strong team of staff across multiple areas including; business development, coaching, marketing, training and instructor support.
Simon has previously been the Operations Director at Les Mills International, where he lead the company's largest division - including responsibility for all aspects of developing, creating and producing the eight LES MILLS® group exercise programs as well as the merchandising businesses.
In 2005, Simon was based in the United States and was involved in managing Les Mills' expansion in the US market through six regional agencies. He has also served in United Kingdom as the company's Strategic Alliances Manager for Europe.

Sal Pellegrino
US National Sales Director
Sal began his professional career in the late 70s by studying Physical Education at the University of Miami. Here was his first exposure to the Nautilus system of exercise. After completing a Master’s degree at Eastern Kentucky University, Sal returned to New York where he opened his first Nautilus Fitness Center in 1978.
He opened a second club and successfully ran both facilities until 1984 when he sold them to pursue a career in the supply side of the equipment industry. Working for Stairmaster for thirteen years as East Coast Sales Manager, he moved over to Precor as National Accounts Manager for the next eleven years. He successfully launched new product categories in the metro New York market while at both companies. Sal joined Les Mills International in 2008 as the National Sales Director.

Joe Davila
Senior Business Development Consultant - Northern California
Joe looks after the Northern California territory and brings to the role a passion for fitness and developing long-term business partnerships around the LES MILLS™ system. A club owner himself, Joe has witnessed at first-hand the impact of Les Mills on club business growth and has made it his mission to make Les Mills’ life-changing fitness experiences available in clubs throughout the Les Mills West Coast territory. He’s a qualified BODYPUMP® instructor and trainee BODYFLOW® and RPM® instructor but you’ll have to rise early to catch Joe’s classes – done before getting the kids to school and the work day begins.

From health club memberships to fitness equipment to financial services, Tina joined Les Mills in September 2009 with a diverse sales background. She is a native Californian with a passion for fitness & enjoys running, swimming, biking, hiking, skiing, taking classes & going to the gym! As an avid triathlete, she has completed 11 Ironman Triathlons.

Michelle McLemore
Training Director
Michelle ensures that Les Mills West Coast provides world class service to all instructors. She’s been helping to “pump” up the LES MILLS™ programs in clubs around the country for most of her career, having qualified as a BODYPUMP® instructor when the program first arrived in the USA more than 10 years ago (she will never forget her very first track presentation: Pray for Freedom). When she’s not in the office or getting a great thumb workout on her PDA, Michelle can be found spending time with husband Brent and the Les Mills West Coast mascot, Rocco (the cutest Chihuahua in the world!).

Matty Perkins
Instructor Champion – Building the Tribe
Matty weighed in at 250 lbs when he took his first BODYPUMP® class back in 2003. Five years later - and 160 lbs lighter - he’s committed to helping instructors in the Les Mills West Coast territory to fulfill the LES MILLS™ purpose of “creating life-changing fitness experiences, everytime, everywhere.” This covers everything from facilitating instructor training and assessments through organizing Autoship for program kits resources and getting instructors fully immersed in the unique LES MILLS™ community and culture. Whether you lost it, never saw it, can’t find it, or can’t make it work, Matty is there to help. He’s also an instructor for BODYPUMP®, BODYSTEP®, and BODYJAM® and a trainer in BODYVIVE®.

Brent McLemore
Club Coach
Brent trained in BODYPUMP® when it arrived in North America, and has since been a passionate crusader for the LES MILLS™ cause. As our Senior Club Coach, Brent helps club owners and group fitness managers get the most out of their LES MILLS™ offering, showing them how to maximize the value of services like eClub and throw “rockstar” relaunch parties that help them to keep existing members and attract new ones. Brent is also a US National Trainer for BODYATTACK® and BODYSTEP®.

Amanda Gould
Club Coach
Amanda has been teaching group fitness for 18 years and is qualified to teach seven of the eight LES MILLS™ programs. She’s the US National Pro Trainer for BODYSTEP® and also trains BODYATTACK®. A former school teacher, Amanda’s background in education makes her a perfect person to help guide clubs towards getting the most from their relationship with Les Mills. When she’s not helping out her clubs, you might find her swimming in the ocean, riding her bike or just chilling with her cat, Crash.

Nicole Murphy
Ground Control
Nicole has joined the Les Mills West Coast tribe after moving from Canada. She worked with GoodLife Fitness in the Fitness Training department and also as an instructor helping to Change Canadians with BODYPUMP®, BODYSTEP®, RPM®, BODYATTACK® and BODYJAM®. Nicole has been in the fitness industry for almost 20 years as an instructor not only in Canada but also while living in England. She is loving life in San Francisco in her Ground Control role here at LMWC – she is making it happen - with our team of business development coordinators!
