Hey Alexis,
Wow you are one fit lady!!! Yes I do have to be very wise with my physical output at competition time. I only do what I absolutely have to do. I factor in my classes as additional cardio but unfortunately I always have to do more. SO it really comes down to planning and then I have to monitor and tailor the diet accordingly. WHOOOO now I'm getting deep. IF I was to give one bit of advice it would be to not overtrain as that really slows down the muscle building and maintaining process. Plan your workouts and buildin complete rest days OKAY??? Hope this helps.

I know I am freakin excited. I love the pain...its an awesome pain. my pushups are getting better...want to do all the pushups on my toes in the challenge...HA well see...
