I live in Letham, a wee village in Angus in Scotland. I was never really the type to go to a gym or do much exercise. Although my first passion is horses, which keeps you fit in its self!! About five years ago I joined the local gym and was proud of myself when I could actually run non-stop on the treadmill for 10 mins!! I plucked up the courage to go to a Body Attack class myself as my gym buddy was injured. OH MY GOD!! Having not been to any sort of aerobics class since the days of leotards, legwarmers, and snooty fit freaks looking down their nose at you I was amazed at how things had changed, the music was great, the people were normal and I didn't feel like a total idiot! I stuck with the Body Attack, and loved it, we got a new instructor who is great, really friendly,full of energy,easy to follow and very inspiring. I've now "graduated" to the front of the class!!
Body Combat launched at our Gym a couple of years ago, Body Combat 25 was the first ever release we did. I remember going to the launch and thinking God I feel really stoopid doing this, it just felt so awkward at first. I'm now a self confessed combat junkie, bought the wraps, got the t-shirt!! I do combat twice a week, and attack once.
I started doing Body Pump cos I thought I should really do some weight training, my fitness regime seemed to consist of Combat,Attack and running. My first few classes I thought Jesus I really am going to die!! Halfway through the triceps track and my arms are trembling and I'm thinkin' " oh God make it stop soon please!!" Fortunately I stuck with it, so that's another Les Mills program under the belt!
My latest foray is into the world of RPM, it has just recently started at my gym. What can I say, bring on those mountain climbs!!

morag	HIYA!!!! Oh! Ade ALL new releases are brilliant. Combat especially. My arms & shoulders are still sore today from all the punches. There is a new twist to the esquiva. !!! Music great. Cant wait to get music/dvds etc. Take care. watch those stitches. c u soon. XXX

BRENDA	Hi Ade,thanks for adding me to your friends,i am in Glasgow,and i teach full time. I hope you are enjoying the recent attack and combat,i have especially loved the last two combat releases i am looking forward to the new stuff in a few weeks time. Laurie	Hey Ade, Yeah I am much the same, didn't think teaching would be my thing, I attend between 6 and 8 classes a week, I got a thyroid condition so need to exercise so I don't turn into a heefer!! Anyway I just thought, well, if I need to exercise for the rest of my life, I may as well get paid for it =D Btw its baltic this morning, snow in Aberdeen etc whoop whoop hope it comes here =D xx

Romeo	Hey there Ade, just thought I'd drop by and say hi. Im another Scot and another combat addict. Ive been combatting since BC18 which is over 4.5 year ago, OMG cant believe its that long, coz it certainly doesnt seem like it.
