WOO HOO! It's official! I got my BodyFlow certification on 11/7!! Now I can put a little Namaste in your day! ;)

I'm so looking forward to next round of releases, should be here a little after Thanksgiving, I'm guessing!

Exciting news for our club, we are adding BodyJam to our arsenal on NEW YEAR'S DAY, 9 & 11am dance party!!

Wednesday:8am BodyFlow & 4pm BodyStep
Thursday:8pm Pilates
Saturday:830 am Boot Camp (at FHX Y) & One Sat a month 4pm Sculpt at Campo

Crazy, yes, and probably really dumb to run a 5K in the a.m. My legs were literally shaking by the end of the race of truth yesterday :) So cool that you Campo gals got to come together! Can't wait for the next time we get to run in to each other!
