How are things with you? Went online to see waht I could find out about Release 43! Can't wait to see it, music seems to be an amazing mix. I'm excited. Been teaching every Wednesday and Saturday mornings. I have every other Sunday too. Our gym is now offering Flow 4x's a week! How great is that? What are you doing for the upcoming holidays?

HEY ALISON, Wll I haven't spoen to you in some time. The Powerhouse team is all good, we are on the newer releases for pump and step. Gail and Ed have decided not to mix and match releases just yet. I'm pushing them to do it. Your sister pumped out a while ago. I see her once in a while and say my hello but I think she much rather do her ownthing ya know? How's your family doing? I'll expect to see you up here sometime, so you can meet my girlfriend and team teach a pump class with me lol. I'll ttys !! KIA KAHA

You know there will be lots more chances
I already know I'm going to the Philly Q in Feb b/c I booked a flight from DC to Denver to Philly (have to be in Denver for a week for work)

All good to go with Bodycombat!! It was a challenge but i loved it all the way. Think the hardest part was not yawning. haha Anyway, hoping to get my video filmed and out over christmas break.
