Hey all!! So here is my 411...I am a Chemical and Nuclear Engineer who has decided that the Les Mills Revolution is AWESOME!! Just started out at a new gym in March and had never heard of Les Mills, but it didn't take me long to decide that I love almost every class I have taken. Each one brings me new challenges that make me a stonger and more driven individual. Body Combat has got to be my favorite of all of them. I try and take it as many times during the week as it is offered and I can make it...Next, well that is a toss up...I go to Body Pump alot, but they just launched Attack at my club this week and it was Amazing. I don't think I have had that complete and hard of a Workout in a very long time, and our Instructors are AMAZING!!! Kudos to you Jacki on having such a top notch team that works so hard with each and everyone of us. They all go above and beyond to help you become the best you can be at all you do. Also, a special thanks to the Les Mills family for continually cranking out more intense workouts on a regular basis..You never have time to get bored with the routine you are doing because in the back of your mind you are always anticipating what new and amazing things are going to come out next. For all of you out there just getting started I say stick with it, because Les Mills really will work for you, and I can personally see the differences day in and day out!!!

My fav is combat also I lost 40lbs doing it 7 yrs ago and almost 6 yrs now have been teaching it. I love them all but Combat changed my life and so much more for me that it is more to me than a class. You never know where being a Les Mills junkie will take you. Look at me I am certified in almost all of them hoping this next yr I get RPM then I will be done....I think. Ha.
And I want to resit Pump just for the fun of it.
Having people like you in class is what drives the instructors to do it so keep up the good work and maybe you will have some programs behind your name too.Take care.
