Have decided I am truly cursed. Need to do a geneology chart!!! second thoughts I think I MUST have been Attilla the Hun. It gets worse,the hole you dug is huge, you hid the spade and you then you think ok its gotta get better........and another bloody hole appears.......yep you dug it in your sleep!!! aaarrrgggh.

Kids hols are bad enough .....so we feel quite relieved when the little darlings go back to school.......or is that released. Bugger me he is back a week and breaks his leg playing baseball in school!! Who said sport was healthy.....oh yeah that was me!! Now he is home with the au pair till 12/07 sporting his plaster like a trophy!!!! Also discovered is a literary piece and a pretty good weapon!! (must check au pair's alcohol consumption!! :-))....The following day the other boy a year older, not to be outdone gets knocked off his bike by a car....luckily just got bruised nuts so piled him back off to school, caring loving mother that I am!! Couldn't say the same for the bike...its in bike heaven.

So wisdom dictated I bought a Wii.....thought I would make him do some exercise other than bum shuffling the stairs to the loo.......its wicked.........cricked my neck and put my back out playing baseball but hey fun is fun. Taught the kids to swear in 3 languages playing golf and I have decided its a definite no no for Wimbledon this year. Aparently Oh Bol***** isnt a score in tenis! Couldnt hit a ball to save my life.

No I dont let the kids win.........decided its unhealthy for their personal development if they win all the time or it could be I'm a bad loser :-)

Ok back to my Jam Choreography. Why is it so bloody taxing for me......perhaps thats the draw of doing something I find difficult and succeeding eventually that keeps me keen.... ....who knows.

Looking forward to some sunny lazy days in Uk.........hahaha .........more chance of being abducted by aliens!!! Or ice skating in hell!!!

Use it wisely since you look so very young, I would have sent you more wishes but I do not know how young you are, I thought you look like you are 21. Well Les Mills looks Awesome on you!! I hope you have Fun on your Birthday this coming WEDNESDAY and keep Celebrating it through the weekend and next week too with your Family and Friends plus Celebrate Many, Many, Many, More of them!! I do hope that we get to meet up soon at a Les Mills Event in the US!

Gary	After you memorize the choreography months later you look back and ask yourself, "Why the he-l did I think it was so hard to memorize that 2x2 to 3x1 transition?" That is...until you do it again with the next one. It does get easier...but it is always a challenge to memorize the new releases. Les Mills has the best programs in the world! Gary
