Cute Pic of you and your kid! Man reading you profile makes me want to leave Texas and move to your town, any houses for sale there?
Well, if you are ever in Texas especially in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area let me know, we would love to have you come over and Teach or Team Teach a BodyPump or BodyFlow class at our North Arlington Gold's Gym. Unfortunately we do not have bikes, so we do not have RPM.

Doro the Explorer.... very cute!!
San Fransisco love it over there, I have done many a triathlon there... So thers a challenge for Dan... river crossing prep...laughs don't think it can happen!!
We have just finished our round of workshops here in Australia, I was in Sydney, Perth and Adelaide so lots of fun all round really.
Hope you get to San Fran, I hear you have a very strong RPM crew over there!!! It is an awesome release... super hard and great music!!
Man i miss Reno every time we chat.... do you ride the Rim trail often??
My favourite ride a lap of Lake Tahoe (road) is so beautiful up there could definitley live there again!!
So tell me about these exploartaions gone wrong!!

How you doing? I use to live in Reno how is it now??? DO you still have now on Mt Rose or has it cleared... I really miss it there.
