---- The Philly LMMA Quarterly was AMAZING! Awesome presenters and awesome new releases!!! However, I think my body is hating me after taking 6 clases. Falling more and more in love with RPM as a program in general! Can't wait to launch all of the new releases!-----



I am from Baltimore, Maryland and started teaching Les Mills classes at age 16. I started with Body Combat, I got trained for Pump a year later,in February of 2007 I got certified for Body attack, and now I am in love with all of them! I JUST got trained in RPM and am so excited to start teaching it! I go to McDaniel college (where I also play tennis) and I am majoring in Exercise Science. I LOVE FITNESS and everything having to do with it! I'm starting to study to get Personal Training certified as well. I would love to work for Les Mills one day as a Master Trainer or presenter - that would be a dream come true! So for now I'm working towards it, I've got a lot of time ahead of me. Also, I'm a firm believer in pushing my limits and that we are physically capable of way more than we realize!

1) I am addicted to shopping. My new obsession is highheels and skinny jeans.

2) Before I developed stomach problems, by ultimate weakness was ice cream. As I became health-conscious, it switched to frozen yogurt! Although I'm a health freak, I'm picky, so I don't even like salad!

3) I have an older sister, but many people don't know who is the older one. She's helped turn me into a shopping addict (and especially a fan of high heels). See number 1.

4) I've played soccer since I was 5, but didn't start playing competitive tennis until I was 15.

5) My worst habit is biting my nails. I've done it ever since I was little.

6) I ran track in highschool, and still run as much as possible. I ran a 7 mile road race in the summer, and hope to eventually do a half-marathon - who knows, maybe a marathon!
