The way I feel today is the direct result of the effort of many wonderful people. You know who you are. Thanks to instructors and friends for making this a wondrous journey!

The past year has been a life-evolving time: 275+ classes of Bodyflow have allowed me to say: I FEEL GREAT!!

Now it's time for giving back and sharing the magic with others. My vision is to become an instructor and part of a great team that makes a difference in people's lives.

LOL!! I sat here and thought about what your message could have meant for about 10 minutes... then as soon as I posted my comment to you, I realized what you were talking about!!!!!! LOLOL!!! Wake Up Willa!!!! LOL! You can blame my slow brain this morning on Lauren and her famous melon martini's last night! Yikes!!! back to the nose, that was a one time display, the nose will not be making an apperance at the gym... although it is PUMP red!!!! LOLOL!!! :)
