Hi! I'm Beth Kush, a Body Pump instructor-in-training in Fort Worth, TX. I discovered Les Mills by chance at a gym in South Carolina and have been hooked ever since. I've always been passionate about exercise and fitness - I still play soccer regularly and will always consider myself a runner. I love outdoor activities such as biking, trail running, kayaking... but north central Texas doesn't always accommodate that too well! Which is why the Les Mills programs are a perfect way to stay in shape if I can't always hit the trails.
