US Army career soldier for over 24 years, and I have also worked for various fitness clubs throughout Denver, Co, Washington State, Hawaii, Missouri, on base in Germany and now here in Biloxi Mississippi and the surronding area from 1992-to present. Civilian Bootcamp, certified Bodypump instructor 1999 to present, step classes, aerobics, kickboxing, Taebo and more during my stay in Colorado. Greenwood Athletic Club is my home base club but I worked for DAC, CAC, 24 Hour Fitnes, Bally Total Fitnes, Better Bodies and many other fitness clubs. I am also a Natural Bodybuilder, certified fitness consultant and I have been competing and judging since 1991. "Worlds Gym Biloxi and Ocean Springs is my home while living in Mississippi"

We must Capture our students attention and keep it; then motivate them to exceed their limits slowly and gradually but eventually. Boundless Limitations is what every LesMills Instructor emmulates!

Ask yourself why am I here, what am I trying to achieve, is it fame and fortune or to help transform the world and educate people. LesMills is world know but yet we are losing the fight on obesity. We have the loudest voice and the best programs so why arent we doing more! I have fought for over 24 years for freedom and democracy so to do battle in nothing to me, join me and use what we have created to do more than change bodies lets change lives and change the world! We can always do more!

Hey, long time no message! Sorry, been so busy and sounds like you are too. How have you been?

Not too long ago I did a duathalon in Woolmarket with your Spinning instructor, and I can not remember her name. (Susan?) Was a blast! Tell her hello. The serious racers wondered how we did so well, we said "Spinning" and chuckled.

I was asked by a club in the Bay to talk to them about Body Pump and when I unleashed the Les Mills exciement on them, they were blown away. Fees may kill them as they are a small club - I know, membership retention, reaching a demographic who does not go the the weight room, etc - will outweigh that. They are in contact with Atalnta, cross your fingers.

We need more Les Mills in the area!

Ashley	HAPPY BELATED B_DAY!!!!!!!!!! ive been out of the loop hope all id well... I am finaly done with surgery i had my final tumor removed 4 weeks ago.. Now its time to be Body Pump Rockin strong again!!!! BTW????? can u sub next Friday the 1st of August at 530???? My hubby is deploying and were gonna go to FL for a few days/. Hope to see you soon!
