Update 11/25
I taught tracks 8 and 9 from BA 62 last night to get evaluated and passed! My pass with held is now a PASS!! I am so excited! I will be team teaching again next Monday tracks 6-9. I absolutley love the challenge of BA!!

So BODYATTACK training was INTENSE!! What a weekend! We had a great group and a great Trainer - Thanks Chris!

I got a pass with held, not bad. I look at it as a chance to improve and work on a few things before I shoot my video.

It is no wonder these Les Mills classes are so popular, the passion that goes into it and the excitment it builds is incredible! Not only do people recieve world class instruction, a great workout, the results they are looking for, but they have fun while they do it!! I absolutley love this stuff!

Jamie	Congratulations on passing your BA module!!! Just wanted to let you know I passed my BP video -- woo-hoo!! Shoulder surgery went well and I am hoping to get back to teaching by mid-December. Physical Therapy is easier to get through having a goal in place!

Of course! I teach Monday nights at Gold's Gym in Huntington Beach. It is on the corner of Adams and Magnolia, at 8875 Adams Ave. We offer BP at the following times:

Tues, Thurs: 5.15am
Mon, Wed, Fri: 8.45am (I think - might be 8.30)
Mon: 6pm
Wed: 5pm
Fri: 5.30pm
Sat: 8am and 10am.

I think that's all the classes ... but if you google Gold's Gym Huntington Beach the schedule is also online or you can call.

We also have RPM, BodyStep and BodyCombat.

I also work at another gym in Irvine (about 20mi south of HB) called Custom Bodies Fitness. They have every Les Mills program and their schedule is also online (custombodiesfitness.com, I think.) I teach Combat and Pump there at 8.15am and 9.15am on a Saturday and Wednesday nights at 5.45pm (then my best friend teaches BP at 7pm on Wednesdays also.)

Dr. Steve	Thanks for the note, Brannon. Yes, BA training is certainly intense but such an experience. Let me know when you're planning on doing your filming class. I'd love to be there to support you. BTW, it would be AWESOME if we could launch BP and BA together. :-) Have a great day! Steve
