hello mate,yeah anytime you want to come over just say and ill sort out a table aside for you:)
Im still waiting for sneak preview of the new jam maybe be sorted when i get home:)
Its a great programme to teach but you really gotta put the time in but you get that back in class satisfaction(sometimes!!) If you come over ill treat you 2 to a cocktail and ill we can talk jam:)

I too started teaching about umm, dare I say it?..in 1982, scary thought now..loved it then, love it now.
My girls have both got the fitness bug, so a busy household and now they have the same size feet as me..trainers disappear at an astounding rate....
Where abouts in the UK are you?..I was brought up in St.Andrews until'78, so most of the family are still there...have a great weekend!!

Things are great here in Nebraska...crazy times...I wear lots of hats with Les Mills and LOVE IT!!! It is the world I live in - making a difference and fighting for it!
