He built small observatory off the garage for an office, Sky&Telescope mag, reference books, compases and a couple of telescopes for night viewing. Family trip @ 6yrs to Canada for camping, cruise & solar eclipse.

Well I must admit I am not actively teaching all my programs - I am only currently teaching Combat, Pump and Step, so Flow and Jam are on the back burner (which is the only way I can add RPM). I want to eventually be certified in all the programs, but not teach all of them, you know :-)

Don't you know - 4am I'll be in line at some store waiting for some crazy sale :-) I do enjoy it though - even though we decided to cut way back on Holiday shopping and I don't have a lot to buy - perhaps I'll buy myself something :-)

Hy babyyy!!!

Hahahaha is clear that I am ready. All you have to know is the correct time to eat and what they eat.
Knowing what is right and what is wrong there mainly in
United States, where the staff is more fat due to
Fast food of life.

You are talking to a professor of Physical Education, know well deal with it, but there is when I do not hesitate to
try different foods and tasty.

Here is the Ibirapuera Park where he is very similar to Central Park. But much too large, I think the total length reaches about 8km.
My sakura has more flowers year. It flourishes only in winter.
I want to go to NY to visit theaters, Statue of Liberty, Empire State among other things, and nightclubs hehehe.

The next year I will live alone because my parents will move to another city and state to another 240km of SP, a small town where the staff is extremely slow, i dont like that place than to rest hehe.

From beaches here are good - Ubatuba, Caraguatatuba, Island of San Sebastian, Boracéia, Peruibe, Eden, Barra do Una, St Vincent

Now inside of SP - Atibaia, Aguas de Lindóia, Socorro, Serra Negra (water circuit of winter and meshes) Limeira, Araras, Sao Carlos, Porto Feliz, Sorocaba (fruit and tour circuit) Valinhos, Vinhedo, Jundiai, Itupeva etc. (circuit wine, grape and theme parks)

Well that's a little of Thursday hehe, I go there to go in because rolacoaster are enormous.

Hey there Susan, unfortunately I am going to miss the Q in NY in Dec - too many holiday parties. I'm definitely going to try to get to the next one though.

Glad to hear that you are going through so many programs. My next one is going to be RPM - hopefully within the next few months.

My bday was good - although I helped my sister move on my actual bday so that wasn't fun. But a group of friends went to dinner with us so all good.

What else are you up to?

Sure I believe that now the situation improves for all with Obama in the presidency of the U.S.
Thus Clearly there can be going to New York and how many sweet and savory heheehe. I think we can fatten that way.

Want to try a Brazilian dish?
Beef stroganoff!

1 ¹ / ² kg of meat - filet mignon
5 tomatoes and minced no flesh and seeds
1 tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of katchup
1 spoon of mustard
¹ / ² glass of cognac
1 tablet of broth
1 spoon of sauce English
1 can cream of milk

Method of preparation:

Seasoning the meat to taste. Once passing it into flour.
Fry the meat in a large pan (with onion sauce of garlic), after being deep-fried (high fire) placing the minced tomatoes can not stop moving until the tomatoes have generated all water and making a kind of a sauce. Place the meat on the cognac and Flambo the same. Cover the pot for two minutes at high fire and let cook. After two minutes, put a can of tomato sauce and move well. Add the 2 tablespoons of katchup, 1 spoon of mustard sauce and 1 spoon of English always picking them. For the penultimate throw tablet of broth on the sauce and ate Maxa dissolve. Finally add the cream and move well.
Cap the pot and let cook on low fire for 8 minutes.
Okay here is a typical Brazilian dish
Accompaniments - Rice and Straw Potatoes.

Translation in Portuguese

1 ¹/²kg de carne - Filé Mignon
5 Tomates bem picados sem polpa e sementes
1 molho de tomate
2 colheres de katchup
1 colher de mostarda
¹/² copo de conhaque
1 tablete de caldo de carne
1 colher de molho ingles
1 lata de creme de leite

Modo de preparo:

Temperar a carne a gosto. Logo passando-a em farinha.
Fritar a carne em uma panela grande (tempero de cebola com alho), após estar bem frito (fogo alto) colocando os tomates picados não podendo parar de mexer ate o tomate ter gerado toda agua e fazendo um tipo de um molho. Colocar o conhaque sobre a carne e flambe o mesmo. Tampar a panela por dois minutos em fogo alto e deixar cozinhar. Após os dois minutos, coloque uma lata de molho de tomate e mexa bem. Acrescentar as 2 colheres de katchup, 1 colher de mostarda e 1 colher de molho Ingles sempre mexendo os mesmos. Por penultimo jogue o tablete de caldo de carne sobre o molho e maxa ate dissolver. Por ultimo acrescente o creme de leite e mexa bem.
Tampe a panela e deixe cozinhar em fogo baixo durante 8 minutos.

Hehehehehe Hi Susan!

Gone for a while. I was saddened by some things and why I was away from Orkut, MSN, email and here.

I was very sad that because of a person and just walking away from me because I needed a time to think and a time to be alone.

What cool things are moving there, here are now normalizing. Tomorrow I have early releases of the Pump, Jump, Combat and Attack but I will submit to 4 and 7 of the Pump, then have to go to the city of San Caetano because I have 4 more classes hehehe.

Hehehe, the cable broke, just buy a new one, why not buy a camera route Notbook to talk or Skype?

So tomorrow I will do a dinner for 6 people, Strogonof of fresh meat and then, of mango sago, pudding of condensed milk and chocolate mousse.
We will fatten hahahahaha, or come here too?
